Kenneth James “Jim” Bailey Jr. age 59, New Castle resident, passed away Friday July 27, 2012.
He was born December 12, 1952 in New Castle, Indiana a son of the late Kenneth James and Joan White Bailey. He was a life-long resident of New Castle and a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School. He had owned and operated an automobile dealership, was a mechanic, and had worked as a service manager for an automobile dealership.
Kenneth’s loves in life were his wife, children, and grandchildren. His family will miss him dearly. His other loves were spending time with his brother-in-law, Mike York, and competing in fishing tournaments. His newest love for the past three years was working with his sons Chuck and Alex, building and racing cars at Mt. Lawn Racing Speedway.
Left to cherish his loving memory include: his Wife of thirty years Claudia Bailey, Sons; Alex Bailey (girlfriend Steffany Steven) of New Castle, Indiana, and Chuck Harpring (girlfriend Ashley Custer) of New Castle, Indiana, Daughters; Morgan Godsey (boyfriend Jeremy) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Christy Castellon (husband Matt) of Muncie, Indiana, and Elizabeth Bailey of New Castle, Indiana, Grandchildren; Tristan Castellon, Christopher Castellon, Justice Castellon, Jayden Criswell, Blake Criswell, Julian Godsey, Jessi Bailey, Sierra Bailey, Makyla Castellon, Jordon Bailey, Olivia Bailey Makaela Bailey, one Brother Rick Bailey of New Castle, Indiana, one Sister Karen Bailey of New Castle, Indiana, one Brother-in-law Mike York of New Castle, Indiana, also many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his pet dog Pedro.
He was preceded in death by: his Father Kenneth J. Bailey, Mother Joan White Bailey Luna, Sisters; Kathy York, Diana Houser, Linda Hilton.

Funeral will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday August 1, 2012 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Douglas officiating.
